Once the items are received into the CostSmart facility, they are catalogued, barcoded and stored both physically and digitally. From here you can browse your stored documents on the CostSmart online system.

What will it cost to move our documents from our old storage space?

CostSmart offers a Free collection and transport service. It will cost Nothing for us to collect all of your archives, boxes, anything for ongoing business storage.

I don’t have enough space in my office/Storage space and I don’t know where to start? Can you help us?

Yes. CostSmart has implemented many different situations and we are experts in establishing an easy to follow implementation plan. Implementation has Nil cost to you and we can work at any hour to achieve your end goals.

We have our own storage facility and I can’t see how you can save us money?

Real estate is becoming more valuable. CostSmart can assist you to ‘Repurpose’ your space to an income generating area. CostSmart also implements a modern, easy to use, ecommerce management system to know exactly where your stored files/documents are which helps you save staff time in finding that ‘lost box’.

Do you supply boxes/storage containers?

Yes. CostSmart provides heavy duty Cardboard boxes in 3 x sizes. CostSmart also provides lockable security crates for transportation of sensitive documents/material.

Where is our material stored?

The CostSmart family owns the facilities that store all material. The modern warehouse facilities have 21,000m3 monitored secured space with multiple layered access systems.

How can I get my electronic copies of my files?

CostSmart are experts in digitising all hard copy documents on a permanent basis. On a more cost effective basis, CostSmart can also scan documents on demand and provide your files/documents via our secure ftp transfer methods within 30 minutes of your ecommerce system request.
